             My husband and I been planning to take the kids to the park since December of last year. But in our tight schedules, we keep forgetting it. So, today Ralph went to work early than normal, and I figured that since he is coming back from work early than 11pm I talked to him if I can take him to work so that I can take my kids to the park.Yup! We finally made to the park. I was really surprised how GJ knows how to play in the playground. I missed a lot of things since the school homewrok kept me busy last semester and so as this semester. By anyway, I am catching up with my kids now. I don't wanna missed any opportunity to interact and bond with them. Gerald has a great time and Kathlyn still to young to understand and have limited activities since she put every single thing in her mouth.

Anyway, kids are doing well. Gerald is getting better each day after his heart surgery!

Kathlyn at 9 months old. She is growing really well!

GJ before the minor surgery. He did very well and they did not keep him in the hospital since the incision was only superficial. Hopefully the MRSA is gone for good!

The ezcema on his face is getting worse. We been bathing with that since his 1st birthday and I hope he'll out of it.

Fat Free Product is not good for YOU!

Here is nice spice for you today. Fat free product are not good for your health unless its dairy product like reduce milk and etc. because fat free product have high in sodium and sugar to provide more taste to it. This is what learned from today's lecture in my nutrition class. Anyway, I never like fat free stuff anyway since it has a lot of sodium in it and one thing it doesn't take good. Anyway, for those who whats to lose weight go to www.mypyramid.gov and you can make a meal plan that suits to your diet. And remember to control the amount of food the you ate. Read the food labels. I guess, I have to do this for now on. Well, I was just got a little out of hand.

He is really good. He gets up at 7am and 7:15am they were out to wait for the school bus.

Cardiology visit: October 26, 2009
